Blueberry Bliss Vinaigrette

Do you know why a restaurant's house dressing is usually the star of the salad options? Because they make it fresh with high quality ingredients, and it gives them a chance to shine with unique flavors you won't find on grocery store shelves. I have to admit, I'm a salad fanatic. You can easily build a great salad with fresh spinach, slivered carrots, fresh blueberries, sliced strawberries or chopped apples, chopped pecans and feta cheese. But what really makes the flavor is the dressing. This one has a secret ingredient: Blueberry Jam. You could use any jam as long as it is premium quality, as Persimmon Hill Farm jam is, with berries as the number one ingredient. It only takes minutes to whip up, and it really is amazing.
