The secret to this incredibly flavorful chicken is the pepper jam, which already has the right balance of berries and peppers. You can use any of our pepper jams, which are thick, smooth, full of fruit and not too hot. You can substitute the Blackberry Habanero for a different take on it or try the Blueberry Jalapeno for a milder version. The onions cook down and become part of the sauce, and the berry sweetness adds a rich flavor that coats the chicken. This is a recipe you'll keep!
