Blueberry Cheesecake Tarts

When getting together with friends or family for special occasions, I'm always looking for something that looks spectacular, wows with deliciousness and is really quick and easy to make, because who has all day to put it together? These beautiful little Blueberry Cheesecake Tarts hit all three categories! They only take about 15 minutes to put together, thanks to a few optional shortcuts. You can use vanilla wafers, one in each muffin cup, to make a bottom crust. The cheesecake filling only has five ingredients that you cream together, and then they bake for just 15-20 minutes. The decadent blueberry topping is as quick and easy as opening a bottle of our Blueberry, Blueberry Amaretto or Blueberry Maple Syrup and pouring a little on each one. They look spectacular and taste even better!
