2 tablespoons of butter

3 tablespoons of sugar (Splenda works fine)

If you're craving something warm, sweet and full of blueberries but you don't have much time and you don't want to make a whole dessert, make this blueberry pudding cake in a mug! Melt butter in a mug for 20 seconds or so, then add water, vanilla, dash of salt, sugar and flour. Wisk together. Stir in 1/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries. Microwave for 1 minute and 15 seconds, then let cool a little (it will be very hot) and eat warm! It will be moist and slightly pudding-like. Add ice cream? Of course!
