1 cup frozen blueberries
1 ripe banana (can be frozen), cut into 4 pieces
1 cup milk (2% milk or almond milk)
1 cup ice
1 T. lime juice
1 T. sweetener of choice (sugar, honey or sucralose) - Optional
Pour milk into a blender, then add the frozen blueberries, banana cut in chunks, ice, lime juice and sweetener. Pulse until ice and blueberries are chopped fine, then blend until smooth. This is so easy and so refreshing! It makes a large, luscious smoothie that will fill you up on the way to work or school, and comes in right around 300 calories.
